The Century House
Sleeps 16 peopleOpen April 1st to October 31st, this unique structure dates back to the 19th century, and was once part of the “Underground Railroad”. This charming historical Ohio house sits in the heart of Mohican. Its character matches the unique and exciting attractions found in this area, reminding us specifically of the rocks found on the nearby Lions Falls hiking trail. The Century House has 3 floors, 4 bathrooms, and 6 bedrooms to sleep up to 16 guests. With bedrooms on all 3 floors, this cabin is ideal for groups with various ages and bedtimes, allowing for noise control and privacy. The Century House is NOT pet-friendly.

The Century House is a full-service cabin, including:
- Kitchen: Service for 16 guests with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.
- Living Room: Sofa, 2 love seats, TV, cable, gas log fireplace, and central air.
- Dining Area: Seats 16 guests.
- 6 Bedrooms: One room has 2 queen beds, two rooms have 1 full & 1 twin, three rooms have 1 queen bed. Linens are provided for 16 guests.
- 4 Bathrooms: Shower, toilet, and sink; includes towels & washcloths.
- Exterior: Large deck, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Ground fires are allowed in the provided fire ring only.
We provide: Dish soap, paper towels, facial tissues, toilet paper, and trash bags.
Not Provided: Coffee filters, hand soap, hairdryer, and extra towels for pool/hot tub.
Century House Rates*
Starting at $525 per night
Weekly rental rates & requirements and Weekend/Holiday rates may apply. Rates fluctuate based on occupancy and date frame. Please click the reservation link below to see rates for specific dates.
Weekly rental required 6/8/24 – 8/17/24. Saturday – Saturday stay.
*Sales tax of 7% and bed tax of 6% not included in rates. Rates may change without notice. Two-night minimum stay required. Holidays vary from 3 to 4 nights. Please call for specific requirements.
Reservations Must be Paid-in-Full: The lessee agrees to pay for the reservation, in full, at the time of reservation by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).
CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cabins cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee. Cabins cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date will not receive any refund. You are not permitted to change the dates of the reservation once it is within 30 days of the arrival date. Cancellations due to weather, medical reasons, early departures, etc. are not exempt from this policy. If booking online, the $5 booking fee is non-refundable and will be kept in addition to the cancellation fee.
Cabin Regulations:
Individuals signing the Cabin Rental Agreement must be 21 years of age and will be responsible for the cabin and the occupants at all times. House parties of any nature are prohibited. This policy is strictly enforced and guests disregarding will be asked to leave without refund.
