Sleeps 6 peopleOpen April 1 – October 31, these riverfront cabins set along the Mohican River and surround you with an environment of incomparable beauty and richness. Accommodations close to the action of Mohican Country fill your vacation with as much adventure or relaxation as you wish. Wake up to your riverfront view of the Mohican River from the deck off of the master bedroom and spend your day at the nearby Canoe Livery & Fun Center. Bring your pet with you to enjoy your Ohio vacation alongside your family.

Frye’s Cabins are a full-service cabins, including:
- Kitchen: Service for 6 guests with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.
- Living Room: Sofa, TV, cable, air conditioning, and electric baseboard heat in bedrooms.
- Bedroom: Main floor with 1 double bed. Linens, blankets, and pillows provided.
- Bathroom: Shower, toilet and sink; towels and washcloths for 6 guests.
- Loft Area: One room with double bed and an open loft with two twin beds.
- Exterior: Deck overlooking the Black Fork river, charcoal grill, fire ring, and picnic table. Ground fires are allowed in the provided fire ring only.
We provide: Dish soap, paper towels, facial tissues, toilet paper, and trash bags.
Not Provided: Coffee filters, hand soap, hairdryer, and extra towels for pool/hot tub.
Frye’s Cabin Rates*
Starting at $250 per night
Weekly rental rates & requirements and Weekend/Holiday rates may apply. Rates fluctuate based on occupancy and date frame. Please click the reservation link below to see rates for specific dates.
*Frye’s Riverside Cabins are our ONLY pet-friendly cabins. Pets are an additional fee of $50 per pet/per stay. Two pets maximum per cabin.
*Sales tax of 7% and bed tax of 6% not included in rates. Rates may change without notice. Two-night minimum stay required. Holidays vary from 3 to 4 nights. Please call for specific requirements.
Reservations Must be Paid-in-Full: The lessee agrees to pay for the reservation, in full, at the time of reservation by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).
CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cabins cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee. Cabins cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date will not receive any refund. You are not permitted to change the dates of the reservation once it is within 30 days of the arrival date. Cancellations due to weather, medical reasons, early departures, etc. are not exempt from this policy. If booking online, the $5 booking fee is non-refundable and will be kept in addition to the cancellation fee.
Cabin Regulations:
Individuals signing the Cabin Rental Agreement must be 21 years of age and will be responsible for the cabin and the occupants at all times. House parties of any nature are prohibited. This policy is strictly enforced and guests disregarding will be asked to leave without refund.
