| As
with anything in life, much to our
dismay, we have rules and regulations
that must be followed. These rules
are for your safety to ensure that
your stay with Mohican Adventures
Camp & Cabins is enjoyable and
relaxing. If there are any questions
as to the clarity of these rules,
please check with the manager or at
the office. All guests please be prepared to come into the office at the gate to sign a participation agreement and recieve a wristband upon arrival before entry to park is permitted. Wristband must be worn at all times. |
| CAMP
STORE & SOUVENIR SHOP: |
| Forget
Something? We have toiletry items,
camping supplies, shorts, shirts,
souvenirs and a whole lot more. |
| LITTER: |
| Help
us keep this campground clean and
beautiful. Please place all trash,
cigarette butts, and other litter in
trash bags and take to trash bins. There will be a $50 minum charge to clean up campsites |
| SPEED
LIMIT: |
| Please
observe the 5-MPH speed limit. Violators
will be asked to leave the camp. This
important rule is strictly enforced. |
| HAZARDS: |
| Water,
trees, insects, poisonous plants,
and everything in between can be hazardous
to your personal safety, life and
limb. Camping is an outdoor experience
and we are not responsible for accidents,
injury or loss of property of any
kind. |
| LAKE
RULES: |
| Please
keep children out of the lake except
at beach area. The lake is for fishing.
Children under 16 must be accompanied
by an adult around the lake. We will
be using the catch and release program,
unless the fish is damaged. Boat rental
available, paddle craft only. Life
jackets must be worn by all people
under 18 and all non-swimmers. The
rental of boats for children are the
responsibility of the parents. |

| PRIVATE
PROPERTY: |
| Please
obey all " No Trespassing"
signs. Mohican Adventures is not liable
for persons violating posted signs. |
| MOTORBIKES,
BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLERBLADES/ROLLER
SKATES: |
| Motorcycles
are to be used as primary transportation
only and confined to roads. Motorbikes,
motor scooters, ATV's & golf carts
are prohibited. Bicycles, rollerblades
& roller skates are confined to
roads only and are not to be ridden
after dark. You must be at least 16,
with a valid driving license and insurance
to drive motorized vehicles in or
around campground. |
| CAMPFIRES: |
| If
you have a campfire, please be sure
the fire is completely extinguished
before you leave. Campfires must be
attended to at all times and be contained
within existing fire rings provided.
Do not cut, deface or destroy trees
or foliage. Fires within 100ft. of
cabins are prohibited. Campfires must be out by 12:30am . |
| CHILDREN: |
| Children
are the responsibility of the parents,
and must be supervised at all times.
You will be held accountable for your
child's safety and actions. Babysitting
is not available. Children under 18
must be at their campsite and under
parental supervision from 11pm to
7am the next day. |
| BEACH
& POOL AREA: |
| Children
under 16 must be accompanied by an
adult while in the beach and pool
area. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Pool is subject
to closing for chemical checks. See
Beach and Pool Rules posted at the
designated areas. |
| DRUGS
& ALCOHOL USE: |
| Alcohol
use by guests of legal age must be
confined to your RV, tent site, or
cabin. The use, possession or distribution
of illegal drugs in the campground
will not be tolerated. We are within
the Loudonville City Limits and are
patrolled regularly. Parties will not be tolerated, grounds for eviction without refund. |
| QUIET
TIME: |
| 11pm
to 7am is quiet time. No Check-ins after 11pm. Sounds carry
farther at night. Please be considerate
of others. No loud radios, loud singing
or hollering between these times will
be permitted. Children must be at
their campsites during these hours.
Loud and/or abusive behavior or language
will not be tolerated. Mohican Adventures
Campground is a family campground. |
| SMOKING: |
| Keep
the campground and forest safe. Extinguish
and pick up all cigarette butts. Thank
you for not smoking in the cabins,
office, camp store, and restrooms. Ohio Smoking Law is Enforced. |
| PETS: |
| Pets
are not allowed in any of the cabins
except those designated or required
by the physically challenged. All
pets must be on a leash or in RV/Tents
at all times. Please do not leave pets unattended. Owners are responsible
for cleaning up after their pets.
No pets are allowed in the cabins,
pavilion or any public buildings.
Pets found in or around cabins are
grounds for immediate eviction without
refund. |
FIREWORKS & FIREARMS: Fireworks and firearms ar prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy, with immediate eviction without refunds.

| We
reserve the right to refuse entrance
to anyone. We also reserve the right
to evict, without notice, anyone in
violation of our guidelines. Camping
is an outdoor experience; therefore,
we do not give refunds due to discomforts
of nature or early check-outs. Thank
you for obeying these rules. We hope
your stay will be pleasant. We appreciate
being notified of any situation that
