must wear their PFD at
all times.
It is illegal to tie life
jackets in or to the boat.
Everyone is required
to have a PFD of the proper

is not responsible for
loss or damage of any
personal property. Canoeing
like all other outdoor
activities is inherently
dangerous. By participating
you will be assuming those
risks and you will be
required to sign a release
of liability before undertaking
any activity with Mohican
