Open April 1 – October 31, these small, family cabins provide you with the basic amenities needed while spending most of your time outdoors in Mohican. Great for a quick weekend getaway to put adventure back into your life. These cabins are close to our indoor pool and hot tub, and our large playground. Spend your days canoeing or hiking through the natural beauty of Mohican, right in our backyard. Cozy Cabins are NOT pet friendly.

Reservations must be paid in-full: The lessee agrees to pay for the reservation, in full, at the time of reservation by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).
COZY CABINS
The Cozy Cabins include:
- Living Room: Table with seating for 4 (folds down to sleep 1), mini fridge, TV, cable, air conditioning, and heat.
- Bedroom: 1 bunk bed with a full bed and twin bed above. Linens, blankets, and pillows provided.
- Bathroom: Shower, toilet and sink; towels and washcloths for 4 guests.
- Exterior: Charcoal grill, fire ring, and picnic table. Ground fires are allowed in the provided fire ring only.
We provide: Toilet paper and trash bags.
Not Provided: Hand soap, hairdryer, and extra towels for pool/hot tub.
CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cabins cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee. Cabins cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date will not receive any refund. You are not permitted to change the dates of the reservation once it is within 30 days of the arrival date. Cancellations due to weather, medical reasons, early departures, etc. are not exempt from this policy. If booking online, the $5 booking fee is non-refundable and will be kept in addition to the cancellation fee.
Cabin Regulations:
Individuals signing the Cabin Rental Agreement must be 21 years of age and will be responsible for the cabin and the occupants at all times. House parties of any nature are prohibited. This policy is strictly enforced and guests disregarding will be asked to leave without refund. Minimum stay reservations will vary during Holidays. Please call for requirements.
