MOHICAN ADVENTURES POLICIES
CAMPGROUND & CABINS
*All campground rates fluctuate based on occupancy and date frame.
Visitors are NOT permitted. Every guest must be pre-registered on a reservation to be admitted into our campground.
One tent is permitted as a second unit per RV full hookup site – no stand-alone tent camping on full hookup sites.
Site maximum occupancies are set by the Fire Marshall and are not to be exceeded.
Some cabins require week-long rentals during summer months, some cabins require a 2-night stay. Holiday weekends require a 3-night stay. Please check individual cabin pages for complete details.
While we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, our automated optimization system may change your site location. You can guarantee your chosen site location by paying a lock fee ($5.00 to $30.00, depending on cabin or site category).
Frye’s Riverside Cabins are the ONLY pet-friendly cabins in our campground. These cabins are our most popular and reserve very quickly. Please plan ahead and reserve your cabin early!
*Must be 21 years or older to rent cabins. That person is responsible for entire party and must be present during the entire stay. Mohican Adventures is a family campground. House parties of any nature are prohibited. This policy is strictly enforced and guests disregarding will be asked to leave without refund.
Cancellation Policies
Campsites cancelled 7 days or more prior to the arrival date, will be refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee. Sites cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will not receive any refund. You are not permitted to change the dates of the reservation once it is within 7 days of the arrival date. Cancellations due to weather, medical reasons, early departures, etc. are not exempt from this policy.
Cabins cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, will be refunded minus any applicable fees. Cabins cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date will not receive any refund. You are not permitted to change the dates of the reservation once it is within 30 days of the arrival date. Cancellations due to weather, medical reasons, early departures, etc. are not exempt from this policy.
There is a non-refundable $5 booking fee per site/cabin. A $10 cancellation fee will be also kept for any campsites cancelled 7 days or more prior to the arrival date.
RIVER TRIPS
Pricing is based on minimum boat occupancy. Please visit individual activity pages for minimum boat occupancy requirements.
Pricing, hours, & trip routes subject to change without notice, to reflect water levels and/or trip approximate time frames. Water levels are controlled by the Army Corps of Engineers, and may change rapidly.
We cannot guarantee availability all day. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis and do sell out of raft & tube rentals on weekends. We recommend coming early for these trips. We do not take reservations for any river trip or fun center activity.
Our river trips are very popular on weekends and holidays. If you are planning to be on the river during this time, be sure to expect a crowd. Please be respectful of other boaters on the river. We always recommend floating during the week for a more peaceful family trip.
You may take as long as you wish on the river, as long as you return by the last due in time. Last due in time is 7pm Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day, 6pm in May/September, and 5pm in April/October. You will occur a late fee of $30 per boat if not returned by the last due in time.
NO styrofoam coolers or glass permitted on the river. Please bring a garbage bag with you to place trash in during your trip. Help keep our river beautiful!

AERIAL ADVENTURE PARK
Closed-toe & closed-heel shoes must be worn (no sandals or Crocs). No wet clothing or swimwear allowed.
Rules, regulations, and restrictions are subject to change without notice.
Participation in our Aerial Park is at the discretion of our trained & certified Aerial Park staff, and errs on the side of safety. We do not take reservations for any river trip or fun center activity.
The Aerial Park does not operate when weather conditions include thunder, lightning, and/or strong winds. If inclement weather forces us to pull you from the course, a rain check will be available if ALL of the following parameters are met:
– We are unable to get you back on the course within an hour;
– More than half of your ticket time remains;
– AND You do not remove your harness.
Please note that you can still participate in the Aerial Park course in the rain. If you choose to wait until it stops raining, your ticket time will NOT be paused. Removal of your harness forfeits the rest of your ticket time. Ticket times cannot be split.

GO-KARTS & MINI GOLF
No wet clothing or swimwear permitted on go-karts. Long hair must be secured. Shoes must be worn on go-karts (sandals and Crocs are permitted).
Children must be supervised by an adult while on go-kart tracks or mini golf courses. You must pay to be on the mini golf course (even if you are not participating).

We do not take reservations for any river trip or fun center activity.
The Go-Karts do not operate when weather conditions include thunder or lightning. The Go-Kart Slick Track does not operate in the rain.
A valid driver’s license must be presented in order to drive on the Slick Track. Permits and government IDs are not valid for the Slick Track. No license is required for the Family Track.
Food and/or alcohol is not permitted on the Mini Golf courses. If found, that is grounds for removal from the course without refund.
Please be mindful of other players on the Mini Golf course. Groups playing together should be in groups of 4 or less. If you are taking longer, let groups behind you pass.
